Dr. Sudha Seshadri, MD, is a renowned behavioral neurologist and the Robert R. Barker Distinguished University Professor of Neurology at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio. She is the founding director of the Glenn Biggs Institute for Alzheimer’s and Neurodegenerative Diseases, established in 2017. Her research focuses on the biology of Alzheimer’s, stroke, and vascular brain injury, with over 500 peer-reviewed publications and extensive NIH funding.

Dr. Stéphanie Debette is a Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Bordeaux and Director of the Bordeaux Population Health Research Center. A practicing neurologist at Bordeaux University Hospital, she co-leads the ELEANOR team, focusing on the genetic and environmental factors influencing stroke, brain aging, and cognition. Dr. Debette has over 250 publications, extensive international collaborations, and leads key initiatives in neuroepidemiology and stroke genetics. She also founded the Music for the Brain philanthropic initiative.

Dr. Hieab Adams is a medical researcher and Principal Investigator of the Precision Epidemiology group. With a background in both clinical medicine and cell biology, he has conducted multidisciplinary research across genetics, neuroimaging, and epidemiology. Dr. Adams has developed novel statistical methods and neuroimaging protocols for studying neurodegenerative diseases and led observational studies on population genetics and brain aging. He has published over 100 papers, the majority in top-tier journals, and spearheaded major global consortia, including HD-READY, Full-HD, UNIVRSE, and UNITED—the largest neuroimaging consortium worldwide focused on neurodegeneration.
